You talk to the person who builds it
There is no account manager passing your requests on to someone else. The person who hears what you need is the one who decides the architecture, and then the one who writes it. Nothing gets lost in between, because there is nothing in between.
Two readings before a single line is written
Every project is scoped by both of us before it starts, each from his own angle: the load the platform will have to carry in three years on one side, the way your business translates into logic on the other. A disagreement between us at that point costs a conversation. The same disagreement found after delivery costs a rebuild.
And what it costs
Being two means we do not take on every project we are offered. We would rather say so before you write to us: if the schedule does not work, or if what you need falls outside what we do, we will tell you plainly instead of putting you in a queue.
