Lunnar LLC is a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, United States, under identification number 32-0852820, with its registered office at 30 N Gould Street, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. It designs, builds and hosts websites and custom software.

All contracts are governed by French law, and the French version of these terms is the one that binds. This page is a plain summary, not the contract.

Prices. Current prices are shown on the packages page and, for custom work, in the quote we send you. They are not restated here: a summary that repeats prices is a summary that ends up contradicting them.

No minimum term.The hosting and support subscription runs month to month and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time, with thirty (30) calendar days' notice, effective at the end of the current month. There is no twelve month lock-in.

Delivery and revisions. Timelines start when we have received everything we need from you: text, images, logos, access details. The number of revision rounds included is set out in your quote, along with what happens beyond them. Structural changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately, before any work starts.

Your rights. Consumers in the European Union have a fourteen (14) day withdrawal period. Business clients waive it. Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and we apply the protections of the GDPR to everyone, not only to European customers. Disputes fall to the French courts.
