Privacy Policy

Data controller: Lunnar LLC, 30 N Gould Street, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We collect only what you choose to give us: your name, your email, your phone number if you add it, and what you tell us about your project.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6.1.a) for anything we send you, and performance of the contract (Article 6.1.b) once you become a client. We never sell, rent or pass your data to anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it: three years after your last contact with us, then it is deleted automatically. Client records are kept ten years, which tax and accounting law requires.

Where it lives: on Google Cloud Platform, in Belgium, inside the European Union. Only Lunnar people reach it, and only to do the work. Our processors are Google Cloud (hosting, EU region), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (contact form anti-bot check), SMS Partner (text messages, France) and, for outbound calls, ElevenLabs and Anthropic. Some of these are US companies, so those transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Diagnostic Page Reading: When a prospect opens their personalized diagnostic page (link sent by SMS), we measure how it is read: scroll depth reached, active reading time (page visible and recent interaction only), any corrected average-basket amount, and button clicks. This is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f) in adapting our commercial follow-up. No cookie is set and no data is shared with third parties. This data is kept only as long as the diagnostic page itself, then deleted automatically.

Your rights, wherever you are. You can ask us to show you your data, correct it, export it or delete it, at any time, by writing to hello@lunnar.fr. We apply those rights to everyone, whatever country you write from: residents of the United States, including California residents with rights under the CCPA, use exactly the same address and get the same answer. We never charge for it, and we never treat you differently for asking.

If our answer does not satisfy you: you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or to the authority in your own European country. In the United States, you may also contact your state attorney general.
