The custom software studio for online sellers

Your tools do what they can. We do what it takes.

You sell online, and the whole operation runs on ten tools that never talk to each other. Each one sets its limit at the exact moment you need to go further. We build the custom software that replaces them, and that keeps up with you.

Lunnar is a studio that designs custom software, founded in 2026 by two partners. We work with e-commerce operators, creators and online sellers whose growth is held back by their stack of tools rather than by their market. We design a single platform, built around one specific business, replacing the store, the payments, the emailing, the course area and the client follow-up that until now lived in separate subscriptions. Design starts with time spent inside the client's business, before the first line of code, and we stay on after launch to keep the platform growing.

The reality

Your setup works. But it runs entirely through you.

Every tool solved one specific problem the day you added it: one to take payments, one for your emails, one for the storefront, a spreadsheet for whatever was left over. There are ten of them now, each in its own corner, and the only thing connecting them is you.

Every hour spent moving information around, re-entering it, double checking it, catching what slipped, is an hour taken from what actually drives your business: selling, creating, deciding.

A spreadsheet standing in for a CRM, because no tool actually knows your customers.

One sale, and already four places to update: payment, email, shipping, bookkeeping.

A customer who just bought from you, and your email tool still has no idea.

The same contact entered by hand into checkout, the newsletter and the course platform.

A launch day, and you are running five platforms at the same time.

The day you step back, everything stops: you are the only one who knows where anything lives.

The real cost

The real cost is not on the invoice. It is in everything your tools keep you from doing.

One more subscription is never what sinks anyone, nobody goes under for a few dollars a month. The real price is paid somewhere else: in the energy you spend, every single day, holding all of it together by hand.

01

The time you never get back

Every week, hours disappear into re-entering, double checking, hunting down information scattered across five places. That time builds nothing and never comes back. It keeps your head above water without moving you forward an inch.

02

Everything depends on you, and only you

Your process lives in your head, not in a tool. You cannot hand work off without explaining all of it again, cannot take a week away without things slowing down, cannot fall ill without things stopping. As long as it all rests on you alone, your business is worth exactly your presence.

03

The ceiling you cannot see

You push a launch back, you hold off on spending more on ads, you leave an offer sitting in a drawer. Not for lack of customers, and not for lack of ambition: because deep down you know the way you are set up today would not keep up. You are the one hitting the brakes, and you are right to.

Your growth is not held back by your market. It is held back by your tools.

Put a figure on those hours

What we build

A platform that does what your ten tools never will: talk to each other.

The connection between your tools no longer runs through you. It is written into the platform once and for all, and it holds on the days you are not there.

Your tools, in one place

All your tools become one. Something entered once shows up everywhere it belongs. No more typing it in three times, no more two versions that disagree.

Automation you never see

What used to take you ten minutes happens on its own. The abandoned cart that gets followed up, the course access that opens, the invoice that goes out: the platform handles it while you sell.

An interface shaped around how you work

We start from your steps, your vocabulary, your own rules, not from a standard template you would have to bend to fit your business. Here the tool adapts to you, never the other way around.

It grows when you do

A new product, a big launch, a rush of orders on your busiest day: the platform takes it without flinching. And the day you want to push further, you push, without rebuilding everything behind it.

Our work

What we have already shipped.

Nothing theoretical here: these are real interfaces from tools we designed and put into service. We show you what they change day to day rather than lining up numbers. Three real examples, more are under way.

Management dashboard for a creperie: sales, stock, margins and staff brought together on a single screen.

Real interface, data hidden on purpose.

The management tool for a creperie

A creperie was juggling several separate systems and a spreadsheet, with no real view of its own business. We designed a single tool for them, where the whole operation fits on one screen.

What it handles: Point of sale, stock that counts itself down, staff scheduling and payroll, margins, ordering site.

Member area of a custom course platform: library of programs, audio and ebooks.

Real interface, data hidden on purpose.

A custom course platform

A creator was selling courses through an all-in-one tool that held them back. We built them their own platform: the content is theirs, the members are theirs, and they set the rules.

What it handles: Member area, programs split into modules and lessons, video and audio unlocked tier by tier, payment built in.

Navigation of our internal CRM: steering, prospecting, sourcing, campaigns.

Real interface, data hidden on purpose.

Our own CRM, end to end

To run the studio, we did not stack up fifteen subscriptions: we designed our own platform, cut to the way we work. We build for ourselves what we build for you.

What it handles: Prospecting, quotes, signature, payment, client project tracking, invoicing, internal wiki.

The method

Like an architect: the plan comes before the foundations.

Generating an application is fast now: AI and no-code tools put building within reach of almost anyone. But turning a real need into a system that holds up over years is still a craft. Here is how we go about it.

We start from what you actually need

It begins with a real conversation: your business, the way you work, your constraints, what is slowing you down and where you want to go. This is the most important step. Until we have understood it properly, we design nothing.

We give the idea a structure

Before the first line of code, we lay out the plan: how your data is organized, what has to talk to what, what has to stay separate, what will need to change later without breaking the rest. This is the invisible, decisive step, the one AI does not replace, and it decides whether your platform holds up in five years or gives way at the first turn.

We build in milestones

We move in visible stages, never behind a closed door. You watch your platform take shape, you test it, you sign off as we go. And if the need shifts along the way, we adjust course without breaking anything: a project that changes is not a problem, it is the sign that we understand each other better and better.

We launch it, and we host it

We put your platform live and host it on secure infrastructure, sized so that it never caps your growth. And the day you want to grow it or add a piece, we are here to take it further with you.

Why Lunnar

The difference is decided before the first line of code.

We are a small team, and you talk to the people who do the work. They take the time to understand your business before proposing anything at all. We work first with creators and businesses that sell online, because that is where a stack of tools does the most damage. We listen, we structure, and we tell you plainly when an idea deserves to go further, or when it is not worth the trouble. Ambitious about the result, plain about the method.

We design before we build

The real value is not in the code. It is in the clarity you set down before writing the first line. We draw your idea out, give it a structure, and make it stand up.

The same people, from sketch to launch

No rotating juniors, no new point of contact every three months. The people who design your platform are the ones who build it, and the ones who stay to grow it. We run up to four projects at once, because we have automated in our own shop exactly what we automate in yours.

Infrastructure that holds

Your data protected, backups that are actually tested, a platform that absorbs the spikes without flinching. The kind of care nobody notices, right up until the day it matters.

Genuinely custom

Not a stock component dressed up in your colors, the kind that keeps you a tenant and boxes you in the moment you grow. A tool designed for your business, that exists only for you, and that nobody can change or pull out from under you.

What we design

A few ideas of what we could design for you.

These are not modules to be assembled: every platform is drawn for one specific business, with its own rules and its own habits. Here are a few examples of what we have already built, to give you an idea of what is possible. Yours will start from your trade, not from this list.

Storefront & checkout

Online selling shaped around your products and your rules, not a theme you fill in.

Payments & subscriptions

Take payments, run subscriptions and handle refunds, without juggling three tools.

Memberships & courses

Your courses, your community and your access rules, on a platform built for you.

Email & CRM

Every customer in one place, with the follow-ups going out on their own.

Who we are

Two friends, one standard.

Lunnar is, before anything else, two people who spend their time talking about technology and what could be built with it. We went into business together to think big, and we laid serious technical foundations, the kind that hold when the load climbs, so we could work with people who, like us, intend to give themselves the means. We both work across the whole of a project: the two labels below say where each of us is most useful, not what is fenced off.

Guillaume, co-founder of Lunnar

Guillaume

Co-founder · Design & engineering

For as long as he can remember, Guillaume has been fascinated by building, by technology, by anything that evolves. Understanding how things stand up is what drives him. He built houses first, working as an architect alongside his father, before business school and then software. For five years now he has been designing his own trading algorithms, running unattended with real money on the line. What he loves, deep down, is the precise moment an idea stops being an idea and becomes something that works.

Sébastien, co-founder of Lunnar

Sébastien

Co-founder · Architecture & security

Sébastien tried a great many trades before finding his way into systems and network administration. He came out of it with real command of scripting, automation, architecture and database design. He is the one who thinks through the technical foundations of a project, the ones nobody ever sees but that decide whether the whole thing holds up over time. He does not treat security as a box to tick at the end, but as a way of building from the very first line.

The math nobody does

Right now, you are not writing one big check. You are writing ten small ones, every month.

  • The storefront, the payments, the subscriptionsa cut of every sale
  • Email and follow-upsa price that climbs with your contact list
  • The course platform, the member areasometimes a share of your sales
  • The tools that wire all of it togethera meter running on every automation
  • And you, re-typing and checking by handthe cost no invoice ever shows

On its own, each one looks reasonable. Put end to end, month after month, it is rent that climbs the more you sell, and at the end of it the spending always starts over. Custom turns the math around: a tool built once, for you alone, instead of rent that climbs as you succeed.

The price

From $15,000. That is the price of what you are going to stop renting.

That budget covers two things. A serious technical foundation first, able to carry your growth without ever holding you back. The difference with a subscription is not the amount: elsewhere you rent a spot inside somebody else's product, and the price follows your sales. Here, you are funding your own. And the design of a product built around the way you work, rather than a standard template folded over you.

What the market looks like, in orders of magnitude: a focused tool runs into the thousands, a full platform into the tens of thousands. Our entry point at $15,000 places you precisely: above the quickly assembled solutions that end up limiting you, without the ticket of the large firms where your project passes through the hands of juniors who keep changing.

This threshold filters, and that is deliberate. We work with businesses ready to invest in their tool, not to patch it together for another year.

Common questions

What you are wondering and would rather not ask

A focused business tool ships in a few weeks to a few months. A full platform takes several months, depending on the scope and on how many of your other tools it has to connect to. We work in milestones, so you see the first results well before the end.

Let's talk

Let's talk about your project.

Tell us where you are, even if none of it is settled yet. We look at what you need and come back with an honest first take and a quote. The uncertainty is part of the work, not something you have to clear on your own before getting in touch.

A real person reads your request and comes back by email with a first read and a quote.

We build in stages: you sign off at every milestone, you test on your real platform, and your data is yours from the first day.

No commitment. If custom is not the right answer for you, we tell you so plainly.

We come back to you by email. Your information stays confidential and is never sold. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
